Weekend Work: Small Improvements Add Up


We all have limited time during the weekends, but it doesn't mean that we cannot be productive. By following a few simple tips, we can make the most of our weekends and strive for continuous improvement.


Firstly, it is important to set achievable goals for the weekend. This could be anything from finishing a project, getting in an extra workout , adding an additional dry fire session or simply spending quality time with your tribe. The key is to have a plan.


Secondly, it is critical to maintain a work-life balance. This means getting proper sleep, and having leisure time activities and hobbies. By taking care of our bodies and minds, you will increase energy, productivity and focus.


Finally, strive to be better than you were the day before by making small incremental improvements. Believe me, they add up. Continuous effort, challenging ourselves, and doing hard thigs will help us learn and grow. And only with constant effort will we have a chance at reaching our full potential. And taking advantage of weekends will certain help with our journey to become 1% Better Everyday!.
